Haven't been on Newgrounds for a while, and I'm very happy to see people posting such sweet games on "Under Judgement". Another "high quality" game piece. Beautiful.

I really like the tower defense aspect of this, I haven't gotten very far but I bet it gets really interesting later on ^^ Also, when I first saw the controls I kinda freaked out, thinking that I'd have to remember 100's of things, but in the end it all went smooth

Keep this up! ;)

hopeslicer responds:

Wow, I am glad to hear this. I've struggled a bit with the ergonomic aspect of my game and finding a way to communicate the controls to the player.
Thank you for the kind words, I really appreciate your feedback.
Personally I'd say that it get's a bit interesting but I am the developer, I can't be objective haha.

My goodness, what a crazy game! xD
The graphics look a bit too pixelated, but it's alright since the game takes a very 3D approach which would usually cause lots of lag but the performance on this game was flawless.
I had full control over the ship and liked how you could either control it with the mouse, any keys etc.
It was a bit tough to aim at the enemies most of the time and I ended up dying without having killed to many enemies 0_0 But maybe it's just because I suck xD

Anyways, great 3d-shooter! Would be aweosme if you implemented more features into it to make it even more fun ;)

Niborious7 responds:

Thanks! The game has more content the further you get, but perhaps the penalty for death is too harsh as it makes you start the game from the beginning again.

Sweet! ^_^ Like seeing 3D games like these on Newgrounds, it's always really cool playing them!
You've developed the game really well, the art and especially the voice acting got to me. It was somewhat slow-paced and was a bit unresponsive with the mouse clicks, but that usually happens with 3D games in browsers like this ;)

Keep this up! Are you planning on making the game longer ? At first I felt like it was a demo. It'd be cool to see more like this ^^

LonghairStranger responds:

Glad you like it! :D
This is a one off, really, hopefully there will be more games in the future.

Pretty straight forward, but I really like the perspective and the space ship designs. Looks like they could be sprites from a big game.
I'd definitely suggest working further with the graphics you've created for this submission. It's overall a bit bland, but man, them spaceships are fabulous ^_^

mattacking responds:

Thank you for playing! I was inspired by Tim cosmonaut space shipe and galaga, I hope to make another voxel game soon!

When I play games like these I always get the feeling that the developer just didn't want to try hard enough, but as I played further I even got slightly addicted and appreciated the way you've designed the levels, the gameplay was pretty epic :D

Either way, not too bad! I'd definitely suggest improving the art slightly and making the game longer, but it's overall concept is pretty good ;)

Grumpy-Game-Dev responds:

Omg I wanna thank you for telling me this, your comment made my day. Also yes I will improve on the art in the future and make the game longer. Thank you for playing!

Well... this was a bit confusing and I wasn't entirely sure on what I was supposed to do, but... either way, this still looks like an awesome game ! :D
Lots of interesting unlockable figures in the gallery, smooth and fun gameplay.

Overall, what you've created is quite impressive... I'd maybe suggest making it a bit clearer how everything works so I'll never have to potentially get lost and not know what to do next xD

enargy responds:

Thank you for playing and giving feedback!

I'll be adding a pop-up for new users to explain how the game flows then.

This is a game of high-quality production for sure ^_^
The puzzles keep getting more difficult and interesting and the artstyle makes up for an amazing combination with them smooth animations and the background music.

Keep this up! You've created a great game ;) I can't say a lot about it since I played it for not too long and quite quickly, but I'd just suggest to do fine tweeks like maybe making stuff move smoother/faster, adding more details to the art etc.

Stilaan responds:

Appreciate the positive words IIITesTerIII, happy gaming.

Nice! I really like this 2D turnbased dungeon game with this rouge-like feel to it ^_^ The pixel artstyle is very nice too. All the enemies were unique and interesting and the laid out traps were sometimes also quite tricky.
Everything about this awesome, but I feel like it has a pretty long pause between your turn and the enemies'. Reducing that pause a bit would definitely speed up the pace of the game for the better ;)
I also like how you stated that you took your time for the game until it was fully finished and enjoyable. I feel like this is one crucial aspect that many new game creators/animators on here forget and they tend to post low-quality projects that you can only watch/play for roughly 20 seconds probably and those end up getting blamed and the creators behind those usually feel like giving up. Good thing that you're following the right, amazing path xD

Also, seeing that you're planning on creating a team of people, I wouldn't mind joining that... I've been on a search for like a collaboration team myself and... yeah xD

FacemanFoothand responds:

Thank you for taking the time to play. Good feedback on increasing the pace of the game as well, I really appreciate it!

I am glad you enjoyed the game. I have responded to your pm as well!

Wow, to be honest, this isn't really so bad. Even though it's one of those 3D browser games that has like really minimalistic and bland maps, this one had some nice things in it.

I liked the performance, this isn't something you'd expect to be on a good aspect in a 3D browser game. The zombie and map sprites weren't crazy repetitive, they sure had some small variations here and there and I really liked how the car looked in both perspectives. You had neat attention to detail there.

Overall, this is a really sweet game! Keep this up !;)

ZoopaBig responds:

Thanks so much. Yes. It took lots of tweaking to make it run in a browser. Mainly because it's a big map. The car was most work :-)

This is an extremely well-developed game, for that you've certainly earned my respect xD
I LOVE games that really don't just ignore small details and really put some extra work into them. All the things like the toast physics, nice 3D graphics and replays after a round etc. just make this game seem more professional.

And after I saw the things that you're planning on adding, like more game modes and unlockables, I've really started to think that this game could have huge potential! It's also pretty wild xD

Only one small improvement advice: Make the controls a bit easier. It funny but quite difficult to play with the way the game works now, I wasn't really able to defend any shots or do any.
Oh, a solo game mode would also be cool.

Great work on that!!! :D

LesCrafteurs responds:

Hi TesTer !

It's such a pleasure to read this ! Thank you very much !
The controls are difficult to give this kind of fun, funny situations, difficult to master but possible though. We may add different ways to control toaster in options.
And a solo mode and unlockables will be added for sure ! But it clearely depend of how much we can earn with our kickstarter next month !

Thank you again, have a good day !
